  • Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
  • IP and Port spoofers/Scanners
  • Anonymous mailers
  • DDoS / DoS Attacks
  • Hacking / Cracking / Carding
  • Resource hogging softwares which takes CPU more than 25%
  • Wilfully interfering with the regular operation of the Service
  • Attempting to access any unauthorised system or services
  • Hosting any deceptive material for the purposes of phishing
  • Running any password cracking software
  • Virus, Spyware, Malware, or other infectious material
  • Running root exploit kits against other servers
  • Distributing viruses, worms, or trojan horses
  • Abusing Server Resources
  • Scanning networks
  • Unnecessary Port Scans
  • Mail Bombing
  • Excessive CPU Load
  • Threatening or encouraging bodily harm or destruction of property Violating of the rights of privacy or publicity of an individual

Torrent Activities

We NEVER allow any of our client to use public tracker for any kind of torrent activities including leeching, downloading or seeding etc. If some client use any public tracker, he does so on his own risk and he is solely responsible for it. We will immediately suspend such accounts if we get any kind of complaint regarding that torrent or IP or Account.


When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Support and Billing

Please allow up to 24 hours for a support ticket to be answered before opening a new one. Generally, it should be answered within 30 minutes within working hours. We do not take any responsibility for any data loss due to unexpected server outage or hardware failure. TryRDP generates all invoices 10 days before the due date, pay your invoice till the due date, late fee will be charged after the due date.

Backups and Data Loss

TryRDP does not offer any backup service or maintain backups. Therefore, you are advised to take backup of your files regularly. TryRDP does not take any responsibility for the data stored on your drive/account. You take full responsibility of maintaining appropriate backup of your files stored on TryRDP's servers. TryRDP is not responsible for any data loss caused due to any reason.


All cancellation requests must be sent 5 (five) days before the due date of the invoice. If you do not raise a cancellation request and are not paying the invoice as well, the due date is the server expiration date. The server will be wiped of all data due to customer privacy.


We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. After the plan expires, we remove the data permanently.

By purchasing any of our services, you already agree to this Terms of Service (ToS) Agreement. If you don’t agree to these services, either don’t purchase any service or if already purchased, immediately cancel it. No refund will be processed in such case.
